Our Team
Danick Chapman
Danick comes from a family of carpenters. At the age of 12, he began his experience at construction sites in the region by the hand of his uncles Alain, Mario, and Yvon Cloutier, who brought him along during weekends and school holidays. At the end of his secondary and professional studies, he entered the construction industry full time as a carpenter. Besides collaborating with the best builders in the region, Danick developed an interest in the business world. So, he started to build and sell his own model homes. Faced with growing customer satisfaction and demand and all the experience gained, he now stands out as a successful builder of turnkey projects and custom houses.
Michel Bond
Michel completed his professional studies in administration and maintenance mechanics. Following his studies, he worked for the regional EB Eddy paper mill for 8 years as a maintenance mechanic for production machinery and building repair. After several years doing shift work (12 hours), he built a marked interest in the business world and in the field of construction and residential renovation. In 1990, he founded the company “Les rampes en aluminum Mirik”, which he managed for 23 years until its sale in 2014. Faced with the lack of daily challenge following the sale of his business and after meeting Danick, he decided to partner with Les Constructions Chapman in 2018 to take up new challenges.
